At MICAS, we want you to love every piece you order, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags are attached and garments are unworn, unwashed, and free of stains.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your MICAS account, navigate to 'My Orders', select the items you wish to return, and submit a return request to receive your authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please keep your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
